Sputtering Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanPreferable with Masters / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Material / Computer Engineering Good problem solving and analytical skills. Able to work independently and multi-taking. Has good communication, interpersonal skills and adaptability to dynamic working environment 2 - 3 years' related working experience in the HDD, Wafer fab or semiconductor industry. Experience in sputter, PVD system is preferred. Free parking Health insurance Professional development
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for sputter system - engineering capabilities focused on trouble-shooting, set-up and system improvements activities in order to support a manufacturing organization.
- Provide technical support and advice in major trouble shooting of sputter equipment problem.
- Troubleshooting on technical / critical issues and process quality improvement and yield enhancement.
- Perform defect and failure prevention of equipment.
- Study, evaluate, and carry out continuous improvement activities
- Maintain and update system configuration and specification to ensure compliance of Equipment Standardized System (ESS).
- Provide sputter training program for new Engineers and Equipment Technicians.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
