We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Program Manager (Contract Manufacturing) to join our team, with the potential to specialize as a Technical Program Manager or focus on broader Project Management responsibilities based on your background and career goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, who can drive complex programs from concept to delivery across cross-functional teams.

Job Description :

Collaborate closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle, including pricing negotiations, to ensure successful project awards.

Oversee project status from initiation to delivery, prioritizing customer satisfaction and meeting project deadlines.

Cultivate strong customer relationships, actively addressing and resolving customer complaints and feedback.

Conduct thorough contract reviews for new projects to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

Monitor and analyze customer payment performance and creditworthiness to mitigate financial risk.

Establish and maintain efficient internal communication channels across relevant departments.

Any other job assignments required by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.

Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.

Excellent project management, communication, problem solving and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

For Technical Program Manager, preferably candidate with ability to understand and manage technical requirements, experience leading product development or NPI efforts.
