Overall
Lead and oversee multiple property development projects from planning to completion. You will manage project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery, quality, budget compliance, and regulatory adherence.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate design development, authority submissions, tenders, and construction execution.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project finances, including cost planning, variations, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ESG requirements.
- Review and approve SPA drawings and project documentation.
- Mentor project teams and support knowledge transfer and development.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 8 years' experience in property development project management, with at least 2 years as Project Manager.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, decisive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale residential or mixed-use development projects.
