They make sure that the production line is running smoothly and that staff are meeting their production targets. The main duties of a supervisor would include :

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency and product quality
• Identify inefficiencies and propose engineering solutions
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process enhancements
• Drive automation opportunities across manufacturing operations
• Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting work performance.
• Identify, analyze, carry out and monitor continual improvements activities.
• Willing to work in shift (if needed)
• Experience in manufacturing management is added advantage
• Requirement :
• Degree in any Engineering Discipline.
• Knowledge of Assembly Back End Processes is an added advantage.
• Able to lead, propose and guide the company on existing and new application / process / system requirements.
