Workshop Management Guide supervisors and technicians in establishing best maintenance practices. Reliability Engineering Develop and maintain a lessons-learned database for operations and maintenance teams. Training & Development Conduct proficiency tests and establish systems for managing critical maintenance activities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance within chemical industrial gases or manufacturing environments. Associate Full-time Chemical Manufacturing

The incumbent will assist the Area Manager in overseeing the central workshop and guiding the maintenance team to perform maintenance and reliability-related functions efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance Operations
Support and execute maintenance tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Upgrade and maintain workshop facilities.
Conduct root cause failure analysis to prevent recurrence.
Design and implement training plans for maintenance personnel.
