We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Housekeeping professional to join our team at the Legacy Hotel in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall exceptional guest experience that our hotel is known for.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation of the hotel
- Restock and organize supplies in guest rooms and public areas
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant team
- Assist in the preparation of rooms for new guest arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
- Support the Housekeeping team in completing all tasks and projects in a timely manner
Qualifications
Previous experience / no experience in a hotel Housekeeping role, preferably in a similar hospitality environmentStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanlinessExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demandsBasic understanding of health and safety regulations in a Housekeeping contextBenefits
