IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities : -
- Maintaining IT infrastructures, trouble shooting and rectifying problems of all related hardwares and applications, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.
- Responsible in managing servers, networking, antivirus security and firewall system
- Responsible for managing backup, restore and replication of server images.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues or faults, and liaise with external IT vendors from time to time.
- Provide end-user computing support for PC desktop and business applications.
- Assist in user support on business applications
- Liaising with IT vendor on hardware and software maintenance, software licensing
- To perform additional task assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Type : Contract
Contract length : 12 months
Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
