Responsibilities :

Guest Experience Center Support :

Assist in the daily operations of the Guest Experience Center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to guests.

Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the Guest Experience Center.

Assist in the production and scheduling of radio commercials.

Identify and pursue potential advertising clients for in-house and on-premise media assets (print, digital, voice).

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate and close media sales deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Media Asset Management :

Manage the inventory and pricing of in-house and on-premise media assets.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of all media assets.

Stay Updated :

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in media sales and marketing.

Continuously develop and enhance sales skills.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field will be added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM software (optional).
