What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce platforms (TikTok & Shopee).
In-depth knowledge of Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Centre, and campaign participation.
Solid experience in managing social media marketing (Instagram & TikTok) and handling TikTok Ads & Shopee Ads.
Experience with KOL marketing or user-generated content campaigns.
Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends & social media.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
Self-motivated, creative, and performance-oriented.
Knowledge and passion for skincare (preferred).
Experience hosting Shopee Live or TikTok Live sessions (preferred).
Knowledge of AI tools and photo / video editing (preferred).
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopee Seller Centre & TikTok Shop Seller Centre).
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (TikTok Ads & Shopee Ads).
Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Handle email marketing and social media content planning.
Collaborate with design & content teams for product listings and promotions.
Monitor competitors and propose marketing strategies.
Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
