Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children
• Observing and documenting each child\'s progress, and using that information to tailor your teaching approach
• Building positive relationships with children and their families, and communicating regularly with parents
• Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure consistency and continuity in the curriculum
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the highest standards of care and education
