Key Responsibilities
Post-implementation Support : Deliver high-quality support for SAP SuccessFactors operations post-implementation, focusing on solutions for Japanese clients.Issue Resolving and Enhancement : Analyze and resolve operational challenges while proposing system enhancements to optimize performance.Leverage Expertise of HR Operation and System : Leverage expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of Japanese business operations.Team Coordination : Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Has knowledge or hands-on experience with SaaS systems or HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage but not mandatory.Has knowledge or hands-on experience to conduct technical investigations and to resolve issues.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.Has proficiencies in both Japanese and English languages (spoken and written).Preferred Skills
Has interest in Japanese business culture and passion for working with Japanese organizations.Experience in implementing and supporting SaaS systems or HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) for Japanese companies.Experience in HR operations or HR consulting (including HR system implementation and maintenance) is welcomed.Soft Skills
