    Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Communication : Serve as the primary liaison for Japanese clients, managing their requests and communications in Japanese.
  • Project Management : Oversee project progress, profitability, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance : Leverage expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of Japanese business operations to assure the quality of any deliverable of clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Prepare professional, client‑facing documents and internal reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team Coordination : Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.

    • Requirements : Must‑Have Skills :

  • Knowledge or hands‑on experience with SaaS systems or HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 4–5 members.
  • Experience in creating professional documents and presentations (i.e., Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Proficiencies in both Japanese and English languages (spoken and written).

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Interest in Japanese business culture and passion for working with Japanese organizations.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting SaaS systems or HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) for Japanese companies.
  • Experience in HR operations or HR consulting (including HR system implementation and maintenance) is welcomed.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
