Go-To-Market Activation Manager (Trade) – Malaysia
Join or sign in to find your next job at L’Oréal. We are looking for a Go To Market Activation Manager (Trade) who is responsible for planning and strategizing the trade promotional plans for MYSG. This is a cross-functional role that oversees the overall trade plan across all channels to drive growth and contribute to meeting sales targets, while supporting daily trade operations and brand management for the cluster team.
What will you do?
- Develop, plan and execute trade promotions across all channels to achieve sales objectives. Ensure these promotions are in tandem with stock and trade budget availability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop Trade master plan across all channels and ensure activations are planned and executed in a timely manner.
- Provide key retailers with brand campaign necessities and retailer communication plans, in close liaison with the marketing team.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether they meet brand objectives and make recommendations for future promotions.
- Compile and follow-through monthly trade activation plan to be shared across internal stakeholders and the Go-to-Market team.
- Gate keep key launch essentials (launch info, price, NIF, etc.) for DS.com & Sephora (online & offline) as well as other retailers.
- Respond to business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities, while maintaining brand identity.
