About the Role
As a Senior Captain - Banquet Operations , you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
- Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
