We are seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team at CHUAN HIN PACKAGING INDUSTRIES SDN BHD' in Taiping, Perak. As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics operations, with a focus on Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory. What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed
- Provide support to the wider logistics team as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations
