Quality Assurance Manager (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Degree in Nursing / Pharmacist / Allied Healthcare with 3 to 5 years of experience in Accreditation and Quality Improvement, Regulatory related work.
• Must have clinical experience or a clinical background.
• Actively involved in data management and deep analysis for the organization's priority measures.
• Good knowledge of various quality improvement tools.
• Able to proofread.
• Good knowledge of MSQH & JCI Standard Requirements.
• Good knowledge in Incident Management, Risk Management, Data validation, Data Analysis, and Quality Improvement methods such as PDSA, FMEA, RCA.
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Good communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting deadlines for assigned projects.
