Overview
Responsible to manage the Quality Departmental KPIs, including customer experiences and satisfactions. Responsible to work across departments on day-to-day management issues and short, medium and long term departmental planning and strategy. Responsible for quality team to align with operations’ objectives and targets. Responsible for compliance and execution of QMS / ISO functions and requirements. Responsible to supervise departmental jobs’ schedule to ensure measurement equipment capacity and resources are fully utilized. Responsible for Training needs analysis to ensure quality team members’ skills and knowledge adequacy and continue grow people with needed competencies and capabilities. Familiar with box build manufacturing environment. Other responsibilities that aligned with Top Management.
