Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operational activities
- Achieve and maintain excellent customer service quality at all times
- Maintain high standards in the presentation of merchandising displays
- Mentor and motivate team members to promote good teamwork
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage all security matters related to stock and cash handling
- Uphold outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Liaise with Head Office and immediate superior for feedback and reporting
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time
