Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage talent acquisition and onboarding across multiple countries
  • Lead employee development, training, and performance management programs
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in each country
  • Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives regionally
  • Support change management and organisational development efforts
  • Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with operational needs
  • Oversee HR policies, processes, and systems implementation across the region

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an HR leader or regional HR manager, ideally within industrial or technology sectors
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives to business objectives
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices across multiple countries
  • Skilled in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
  • Effective communicator and influencer, able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams
  • Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management and foster a positive organisational culture
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making
