ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE : AS).

Responsibilities

Human Resources

Assist in managing daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits and other HR functions.
Lead employee engagement activities and manage internal e-learning to enhance workplace culture and development.
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave management, uniform allocation and etc.
Support the employee onboarding and orientation process to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
Provide general HR support and contribute to process improvements for better efficiency.

Administration

Managing office administrative related purchase and travel arrangements.

Managing office phone calls and correspondences.

Coordinating business licenses including contracts and insurance related matters.

Provides administrative support for daily office operations.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
