What You’ll Do
- The primary responsibility of this position is to support the HR and Office Admin tasks while working with all the related functions.
- Recruitment and Hiring : Collaborate with department heads & hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding : Design and conduct orientation programs for new hires and office facility introduction to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company culture. Manage the necessary onboarding / offboarding documents collection and process.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars in local languages
- Performance Management : Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews. Develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Employee Relations : Address employee concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. Manage the ER cases and act as the advisor to business whever necessary. Support on employees matters related investigation when needed

- Payroll Management : Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness by working closely with HRS team. Handle payroll-related inquiries and issues as the process owner. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- HR Operations and Administration : Maintain employee records and HR databases in proper manner. Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts and letters whenever needed.
- Manage HR documentation and filing systems. Work closely with EA HR, HRS and Corp HR team to identify opportunities to standardize and optimize HR process whenever necessary
- GM / Office Admin : Manage GMs’administrative tasks Organize and maintain the office admin filing system and keeping up with office supply inventory; Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Manage office stock and prepare regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) organizing company records
- Support any ad-hoc project assigned by the Company
