We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategy and execution across a dynamic, multi-functional Centre of Excellence environment.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for building a high-performing, future-ready talent acquisition function that supports the organization’s growth, cultural integration, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will :
- Lead the full spectrum of talent acquisition across all business units, ensuring recruitment strategies are aligned with business needs and global standards
- Design and implement workforce planning frameworks that anticipate future capability requirements and support long-term organizational growth
- Build and manage a structured recruitment process that balances speed, quality, and candidate experience, while maintaining compliance with local regulations
- Strengthen employer branding efforts to position the organization as a top employer in financial services and shared services
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, external recruitment partners, and global HR teams to ensure consistent delivery and alignment
- Champion inclusive hiring practices that reflect the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging
- Introduce data-driven recruitment practices, leveraging analytics to improve decision-making, forecast talent needs, and measure effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement across the TA function, introducing digital tools, process enhancements, and innovative sourcing strategies
- Support leadership hiring and succession planning efforts, ensuring critical roles are filled with high-impact talent
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent market trends, recruitment risks, and opportunities for differentiation

Brings over 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams across complex, fast-paced environmentsDemonstrates success in building scalable, digitally-enabled recruitment functions that support organizational growth and transformationWell-versed in modern sourcing strategies, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-driven hiring practicesOperates confidently at both strategic and operational levels, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business unitsPassionate about creating inclusive, engaging candidate experiences that reflect the organization’s values and cultureComfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with the resilience and agility to lead in a high-growth, on-site environmentSE#
