Retail Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns that support and strengthen the company’s brand objectives.
- Boost store traffic by executing tactical promotions, seasonal campaigns, festive activations, and co-branded initiatives.
- Suggest creative engagement tactics that draw in walk-ins, improve conversion rates, and enrich the customer journey.
Management of Retail Events & Activations
Coordinate and execute in-store activations, pop-ups, roadshows, trunk shows, and outlet events to boost engagement.Work closely with the events, creative, and operations teams to deliver flawless end-to-end execution.Serve as the retail marketing lead for new store openings and renovation launches.Cross-Team Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to ensure campaign coverage across both online and offline channels.Collaborate with the Merchandising team to plan monthly and quarterly promotions aligned with stock performance, new product launches, and supplier-driven initiatives.Product Category Management
Support the growth and performance of assigned product categories across the retail network.Collaborate with suppliers and brand owners to develop launch plans, promotional strategies, in-store displays, and training materials.Propose campaign ideas that boost product sell-through and sustain strong category performance.Performance Reporting & Analysis
Monitor store and campaign performance metrics such as traffic, sales growth, and product uptake.Prepare post-campaign summaries and event evaluations supported by ROI insights.Propose campaign enhancements grounded in performance data and frontline feedback.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant discipline.At least 3–5 years of proven experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.Background in eyewear, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle / healthcare retail is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of retail operations and shopper marketing practices.Strong planning and coordination abilities, capable of overseeing multiple outlets and campaigns simultaneously.Strong stakeholder management skills, covering internal teams and external partners such as suppliers and merchandising.A creative thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of taking ideas from concept to execution.Collaborative team member who works well across departments and communicates progress consistently.Skilled in analyzing data, deriving insights, and turning them into practical actions.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
