Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home‑Based Data Entry Administrator to join our remote operations team. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in data management, administration, or operations support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, processing data efficiently, and ensuring seamless digital organization from the comfort of your home.

We provide full training, ongoing support, and a flexible work schedule to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately into internal systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
  • Follow data integrity and security policies.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and support special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM preferred).
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Experience

  • No prior experience required – ideal for recent graduates or individuals re‑entering the workforce.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work is a plus but not essential.
  • Training will be provided.

  • Flexible schedule (Full‑time or Part‑time available)
