As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that enable EY to deliver exceptional service to clients and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Risk Management and Central Administration.

The opportunity

The Business Development Senior Associate is responsible for assisting in the introduction and implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes. This highly networked role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines, while understanding business directions and implementing solutions that stretch your horizons.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in developing proposal strategy, authoring proposals, company research, and proposal production.
• Assist in developing strategic / tactical proposals and campaigns with the Business Development team and client service professionals to win new business.
• Conduct research and write standard or customized proposals, working closely with the team and senior management to develop responses that convey a unique proposal strategy for the client.
• Prioritize proposal-writing assignments and coordinate the flow of information from various departmental contributors to ensure deadlines are met.
