As Customer Relation Officer, you are responsible to handle sales enquiries by identifying and performing cross selling to meet customer's need. In addition, you are required to recommend the most suitable package to the customer by analysing the customer profile.

- Passionate about engaging with customer through different interactions - inbound / outbound call or chat / email.
- Build a strong relationship with customer by providing a delightful end‑to‑end experience & effortless way of acquiring new products & recontracting of existing subscriptions.
- Be a subject matter expert by keeping yourself updated with product details & latest offer information, sales processes & ordering fulfilment.
- Contribute and support the achievement on your individual & team's sales target, call productivity, and customer engagement score.
- Display a collaborative mindset when working with internal & cross functional teams to easily resolve customer's concern & demands.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Skills For Success
Diploma or Degree graduate in Business Studies / Administration.Minimum 1 year working experience in contact centre environment.Passionate about sales and with strong customer orientation.Proficiency in English. Able to speak in Mandarin would be added advantage.Understands the importance of meeting customers’ need as a top priority.Has strong verbal, technological and written communication and presentation skillsAble to work in a dynamic and fast paced sales environment and to meet critical deadlines.Good team player with the willingness to share knowledge and ideasFlexible in performing shift work and during Public Holiday.Your Career Growth Starts Here.
