Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and databases.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave applications, and related HR administrative tasks.
- Support new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate employee offboarding including resignation paperwork and exit interviews.
- Prepare basic HR reports and assist in compliance with labor regulations.
- Help plan and organize company events and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in other HR functions as required by the team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
