Manager (Network) – Servicing & Business Development
We are an established Insurance Broking Company seeking an experienced and motivated Manager (Network) to lead and expand our client portfolio through strategic business development and servicing excellence within the general insurance sector.
This role combines relationship management, account servicing and business growth responsibilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and service corporate clients and network partners on insurance broking matters.
- Handle renewals, endorsements and claims follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with insurers to obtain competitive terms and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Conduct client reviews and provide advisories on Risk Management and Insurance solutions.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with network partners and corporate prospects.Develop and implement strategies to grow the insurance portfolio and cross-sell products.Build strong relationships with Insurers / Underwriters.Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets while ensuring sustainable portfolio growth.Requirements
Degree in Insurance, Business or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in Insurance Broking or Underwriting (General Insurance).Proven business development and client servicing capabilities.Good knowledge of insurance products, market trends and regulatory requirements.Team leadership and multitasking ability.Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.ACII / AMII or equivalent insurance qualifications is an added advantage.Seniority Level
