Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Secretary to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and clerical assistance, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, professionalism, and a strong ability to multitask.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Manage and maintain Excos' schedules and appointments
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes and reports
- Handle confidential documents and information with integrity
- Draft, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between Excos, members of PEKEMA, third parties (government agencies etc) and internal departments
- Perform general office duties such as maintaining records, and filing
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management or related fieldProven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative roleProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesHigh level of discretion and professionalismAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficientlyKnowledge of shorthand is a plusJob Types : Full-time, Contract
