Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, setting clear objectives and performance
expectations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets andmarket penetration.Has prior established contacts and able to generate sales immediately.Leverage your extensive professional network in the Malaysian manufacturingspace to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Drive market expansion initiatives, targeting key accounts and strategicpartnerships.Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Malaysian manufacturing and automationindustry to position our products and services effectively.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, partners, andstakeholders in the Malaysian market.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forumsin Kuala Lumpur.Streamline and systemize the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Implement best practices for lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to theexecutive team.Implement a data-driven approach to measure and analyze sales performancemetrics.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of working experience in robotics and / or automation solutions sales.proven track record in business development and bringing in new accounts.Good verbal communication and industry knowledge.Remuneration
