Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise daily activities on the production floor to ensure timely processing, packaging, and shipment of seafood products.
• Maintain and enforce quality control measures throughout all stages of processing to meet company and industry standards.
• Lead, coach, and train production operators, ensuring they understand and follow operating procedures and performance expectations.
• Track key production metrics, including output, yield, efficiency, and downtime, and work to optimize these metrics.
• Ensure all employees adhere to food safety, occupational health, and sanitation protocols. Conduct safety drills and risk assessments as needed.
• Create and manage work schedules, assign tasks, and plan shifts to align with production demands and deadlines.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement strategies that enhance productivity, quality, or safety.
• Compile reports on production performance, safety incidents, and any other relevant metrics for senior management.
