Job Description

• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies to mitigate potential threats.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to the senior management team.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update the risk register accordingly.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on risk management practices and compliance policies.
• Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
• Support the Risk & Compliance department in strategic initiatives and audits.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Enterprise Risk Officer Should Have

• A degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
