Overview
Responsible for the departmental PR, monthly worker Duty Roster, monthly report, and worker leave application. Support & compile the department’s data & documentation work as per needed. Carry out the task as assigned by superior from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate departmental public relations activities as required.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit monthly duty rosters for workers.
- Prepare and submit monthly departmental reports.
- Process and track worker leave applications.
- Assist in compiling and organizing the department’s data and documentation.
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisor in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Requirements
