Job Description :
- Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and collect accurate vehicle details.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by actively listening to concerns, securing approval for additional work, and providing clear explanations of repair orders.
- Prepare accurate cost and time estimates; assist in finalizing customer accounts.
- Ensure vehicles are completed and ready for delivery within the committed timeframe.
- Conduct quality checks on all vehicles before handover to maintain repair standards.
- Participate in special service campaigns, Fix-It-Right programs, follow-ups, managing parts backorders, and providing updates on major repairs.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management or immediate superior.
Requirements :
Minimum qualification : SKM II or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.Strong communication skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.Team player with a proactive and positive learning attitude.Must possess own transportation and a valid Class "D" driving license.Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Able to commute daily to the workplace in Semenyih.Job Type : Full-time
