Job Scope :
The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and academic support in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at university level. The role includes :
- Conducting lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and diploma programmes.
- Preparing and updating lesson plans, teaching materials, and course outlines in line with programme requirements.
- Designing, setting, and evaluating examination papers, assignments, and assessments.
- Providing academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Supporting faculty-related activities, including curriculum development, programme reviews, and academic audits.
- Participating in faculty events, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
- Assisting in research, consultancy, and industry engagement initiatives where applicable.
- Willingness to participate in international teaching assignments, particularly in China, for 8–12 weeks twice per year (with additional allowance and subsidies provided).
Requirements :
Minimum Qualification : Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.Experience : At least 2 years of teaching experience in higher education or relevant industry experience.Proficiency in preparing teaching plans, assessment papers, and student evaluation reports.Ability to contribute to faculty events, audits, and academic support activities.Willingness to travel and be deployed internationally for teaching and collaboration programmes.Membership in professional bodies (e.g., CILT, or other logistics and supply chain associations) will be an added advantage.Able to report to work immediately.Job Type : Full-time
