D. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field or master’s degree in project management, Construction, or Business Administration.Project Management Professional (PMP)OSHA Safety CertificationLEED Accreditation (for sustainable construction projects)5+ years of progressive experience in construction, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects from pre-construction to completion.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and schedules effectively.Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.Familiarity with construction management software, MS Project, AutoCAD.Hands-on experience ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Unlock job insights
