Product Manager

to turn vision into execution.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the

Product Manager

, you will own the product lifecycle across our web, mobile, and AI platforms. You'll translate customer needs into product strategies, work closely with developers, designers, and marketers, and ensure SuamiSihat Tech delivers seamless, impactful, and scalable solutions.

A core part of your role will be to

design, build, and scale product modules

that power SuamiSihat's ecosystem — including the

Masterclass (on-demand courses), Supplements & OTC Marketplace, Medication + Telehealth + E-Prescriptions, AI-powered Coach, and Anonymous Forum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define product vision and roadmap aligned with SuamiSihat's ecosystem goals.

Lead the

development of core modules

(Masterclass, Supplements Marketplace, Telehealth, AI-powered Coach, Forum).

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback loops to guide decisions.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Full Stack Developer, IT Support, and Design teams.

Align with Clinic, Wellness, and Ecommerce teams to integrate modules into the customer journey.

Translate business goals into clear PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.

3. Execution & Delivery

Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product testing cycles.

Ensure smooth product releases across platforms (React Native,

, Laravel, MySQL, AWS).

Constantly iterate based on data and user feedback.

4. Performance & Growth

Monitor KPIs (conversion, retention, engagement, churn, LTV / CAC).

Implement analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Drive adoption and retention of the core modules.

REQUIREMENTS

Product Management

, ideally in healthtech, ecommerce, or SaaS.

mobile / web development lifecycles

and agile methodologies.

Ability to create PRDs, user journeys, and roadmaps.

Familiar with Jira, Trello, Notion, Figma, and analytics dashboards.
