Penerangan pekerjaanBachelorâs degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. Proven experience in supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques will be an added advantage (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or FTIR). Familiarity with GMP regulations, and other relevant industry standards will be an added advantage. Passionate in the field Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Job Responsibility
- Develop and validate analytical methods for testing raw materials and finished products.
- Perform regular quality control tests to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
- Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues in collaboration with the production team.
- Set up laboratory and overseeing the lab operations and equipment
- Develop and enforce laboratory protocols and safety standards
- Ensure compliance to relevant regulatory requirements (eg KKM, GMP)
- Work with product development team in research and development of new products and formulas and support production team in scaling up for manufacturing
- Identify and resolve any chemical and technical issues
- Prepare reports and technical documentations.
