Qualifications / Education :
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
Experience Required :
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.Able to work independently, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Meticulous, a good team player, eager to learn, and takes initiative.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Immediate availability or short notice period is an added advantage.Key Responsibilities :
Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), stock management, taxation, budgeting, and fixed assets with minimal supervision.Manage and assist in daily administrative and operational tasks.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on statutory reporting and compliance matters.Prepare accurate monthly financial reports for management review.Coordinate with other departments to streamline and expedite work processes.Undertake additional ad-hoc assignments as required.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
