This full-time role is based in our Kuantan, Pahang location, where you will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver top-notch service and hospitality.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Taking accurate food and drink orders, ensuring guest requests are met in a timely manner
• Serving meals and beverages to guests, ensuring every dish is presented beautifully
• Proactively monitoring the dining area to anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to provide feedback and ensure guest satisfaction
• Adhering to all health, safety and sanitation regulations
