Cafe Crew

As a Café Crew Member, you will be the face of our café, providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced setting, ideal for someone energetic, friendly, and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to café standards
• Assist with basic food preparation (e.g., nasi lemak, lontong & soto)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café (front and back of house)
• Refill stock and supplies as needed (e.g., cups, napkins, cutleries)
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational goals
• Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally
