Responsibilities :

• Disseminate updated information from Customer, Carrier to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
• Email and follow-up phone calls to update Customers and stakeholders on the latest developments and milestones related to customer orders and hub operations.
• Coordinate with customers on urgent / exception pulls and work with the operation team to ensure timely handover of goods.
• Review and troubleshoot the audit trail report for any inventory discrepancies.
• Perform system updates promptly and accurately based on requests from Customers or their Suppliers, including on-hold parts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring proper labeling and segregation.
• Notify Customers of any shipment discrepancies via email and follow-up by phone.
• Respond promptly to Customer or related parties' emails.
• Coordinate with the Operation team for rework, screening, or scrap activities as per Customer requirements.
• Maintain and file all company documents and records properly.
