Marketing & Admin Executive - Brand Comms

Penerangan pekerjaanTrack campaign timelines, internal submissions, and marketing deliverables Handle the organization of exhibitions, on-ground events, and marketing activations Maintain and update customer / client databases, stock inventory logs, and related documentation Support distribution and licensing efforts, including follow-ups with licensors / licensees and documentation tracking Act as the central support for the Head of Marketing in coordinating across departments Ensure marketing records, vendor files, and reporting systems are organized and up-to-date Perform other relevant tasks or assignments as directed by the Head of Marketing Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel, PowerPoint / Slides) Comfortable handling documentation, project follow-ups, and digital admin tasks Good written communication; able to draft basic copy or correspondence Experience with marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, or social platform dashboards Bonus : Familiarity with licensing, distribution or IP related processes Ability to read and write in Mandarin (for liaising with regional partners and licensors)
This is a hybrid role that supports both the corporate brand presence and day-to-day operations of the marketing department. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing on everything from campaign execution and client coordination to documentation, digital platforms, and distribution support.

- Manage Animasia's websites, LinkedIn, newsletters, press announcements, and event branding
- Prepare internal and external-facing materials such as slides, reports, and presentations
- Assist in organizing and coordinating B2B and B2C promotional activities — including press ads, e-newsletters, print materials, and trade presence (local and international)
