This is a hybrid role that supports both the corporate brand presence and day-to-day operations of the marketing department. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing on everything from campaign execution and client coordination to documentation, digital platforms, and distribution support.
Brand & Digital Communications
- Manage Animasia's websites, LinkedIn, newsletters, press announcements, and event branding
- Prepare internal and external-facing materials such as slides, reports, and presentations
- Assist in organizing and coordinating B2B and B2C promotional activities — including press ads, e-newsletters, print materials, and trade presence (local and international)
Operations & Coordination
Track campaign timelines, internal submissions, and marketing deliverablesHandle the organization of exhibitions, on-ground events, and marketing activationsMaintain and update customer / client databases, stock inventory logs, and related documentationSupport distribution and licensing efforts, including follow-ups with licensors / licensees and documentation trackingGeneral Admin & Support
Act as the central support for the Head of Marketing in coordinating across departmentsEnsure marketing records, vendor files, and reporting systems are organized and up-to-datePerform other relevant tasks or assignments as directed by the Head of MarketingWhat You Bring :
