Key Responsibilities :
Vehicle Sales :
- Promote and sell a range of Toyota vehicles to prospective customers.
- Work proactively to meet or exceed the monthly and annual sales targets set by UMW ToyotaMotor.
- Provide detailed information and advice on Toyota vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
Customer Database Development :
Identify and approach new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, anddigital platforms.Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database to support ongoing sales efforts andfuture marketing initiatives.Loan and Financing Assistance :
Guide customers through the hire purchase loan application process.Liaise with financial institutions to ensure efficient and timely loan approvals.Trade-In Services :
Assist customers interested in selling or trading in their existing vehicles.Coordinate vehicle inspections and provide fair trade-in evaluations in line with market value.Demo Vehicle Management :
Ensure demo cars are always well-maintained, clean, and presentable for test drives andmarketing events.Coordinate regular servicing and inspections to maintain demo fleet readiness.Event Participation :
Actively participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and showroom events organized by thecompany.Represent the brand professionally and engage effectively with event attendees to generatesales leads.Customer Engagement and Service :
Maintain a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times—both in the showroom andduring field activities.Deliver outstanding pre- and post-sales service to ensure long-term customer satisfaction andloyalty.Follow-Up and After-Sales Support :
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to provide updates on vehicle delivery, serviceappointments, or promotions.Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a seamless after-sales experience.Ad-Hoc Duties :
Undertake any other assignments as required.Perform additional duties assigned by superiors when necessary.Qualifications for Sales Advisor :
Minimum SPM OR equivalent related experience.Compulsory to have D class of driving license and possess own transport.Fluent in English / Malay (writing & communication).Driven personality preferred.Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook).Must be proficient in using online platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and others to createengaging marketing content and post effective advertisements to attract potential customers.Fresh graduates with passion in sales line is encouraged to apply.
