Penerangan pekerjaanProven experience in a Sales Advisor or Customer Service role. Computer literacy and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing personality with an ability to empathies with customers. A professional appearance and results-driven mindset. Trustworthy and able to handle transactions accurately. At least SPM / High School Diploma. Working location : 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Attractive Remuneration. Annual Bonus & Increment. Medical Benefit. Staff Purchase Discount. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service experience to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail stores.
- Compliance to Management and Retail Operations Department SOP.
- Ensure daily housekeeping is done.
- Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display is up to Visual Merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Follow the working shift schedule as planned earlier.
- Accountable in cash and inventory handling not limit to float, cashiering and inventory.
- Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss occurred in store.
- Assist team with any other projects on an as needed basis.
- Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Superior.
