Indoor Sales Executive – UOA Business Park, Shah Alam (for a global European MNC in engineering products)
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact assigned customers and develop sales opportunities for existing and new products.
- Answer product / service-related questions as appropriate and initiate orders in accordance with established procedures.
- Work with the Marketing Executive on sales plans and product seminars from time to time.
- Establish healthy customer relations via CRM & provide efficient and effective service / support in accordance to the service standards set so as to maintain the customers’ confidence in the reputation of the products offered by the Company.
- Prepare product costing & to work out quotations for customers.
- Attend to customers’ complaints and enquiries with professionalism & integrity.
- Submit periodic sales report & activities plan with the most updated order closing date, & report problems encountered on a regular basis.
- Update the Business Support Manager on all activities concerning the customers.
- Gather market information, where possible, so as to keep the Company updated on competitors’ movements & the Company’s position in the market.
- Be conscious and receptive to customers’ needs, market trend and new products launched by competitors.

Diploma in Business AdministrationExperience Minimum 1 year relevant working experienceGood negotiation and convincing skills.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Seniority level : Associate
