We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand Manager to lead the strategic direction and development of our flagship brands ( ecoBrown’s and Jati ) under SW Food (Serba Wangi). This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of creativity, leadership and commercial acumen. You'll be responsible for overseeing brand performance, guiding the brand team and executing innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand equity and business growth.
Strategic Leadership
Define and implement long-term brand vision and growth strategies for SW Food's brands (ecoBrown’s and Jati).
Develop multi-year marketing roadmaps that align with SW Food’s corporate targets.
Ensure brand portfolio synergy while differentiating positioning for each brand to target distinct consumer segments.
Brand & Portfolio Management
Oversee brand managers / team lead and teams in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, experiential).
Ensure consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints (packaging, retail, digital, events, partnerships).
Lead portfolio strategy : SKU rationalization, pricing, pack formats, and market / channel prioritization.
Partner with R&D department for NPD strategy and innovation pipelines for the brand's products.
Commercial & Market Growth
Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D and Distribution teams to drive sales-in & sales-out performance across Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, Convenience, Export markets.
Build strong retailer partnerships and ensure in-store visibility, promotions, and channel-specific activations.
Expand market share across Malaysia while work with HOD to scale brands into other SEA countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, etc.).
Consumer Insights & Marketing Excellence
Champion consumer and shopper insights, using research tools (Nielsen, EGG, Kantar, Euromonitor) to guide brand strategies.
Introduce data-driven decision-making for brand health tracking, campaign effectiveness, and pricing competitiveness.
Foster marketing excellence : creative campaigns, digital innovation, sponsorships, and experiential activations (e.g., ecoBrown’s Walkathon, NP Launches)
Lead, mentor, and develop the brand team, coordinate with other departments.
Manage external agencies (creative, media, digital) to ensure impactful output and ROI.
Budget & Performance Management
Own and manage the annual brand marketing budget across the brands.
Track brand P&L performance and deliver against agreed sales, market share, and profitability targets.
Report regularly to top management with clear KPIs, insights, and action plans.
