Job Summary
Marketing Product Development Manager reporting to the Global Marketing Head within the Global Marketing Team–Product. Covers the APAC region, collaborating with design, creative, and performance teams to coordinate integrated campaigns and product positioning that support company expansion across Asia‑Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive market product and marketing plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Serve as the single point of contact for marketing issue resolution and strategic coordination across APAC.
- Coordinate development and review of communication materials with internal and external resources.
- Lead creation of marketing collateral for strategic plans and product launches.
- Work with public relations teams to support integrated initiatives and brand positioning.
- Develop and manage automated, journey‑based omnichannel campaigns.
- Use data and analytics to derive insights and guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to create innovative multi‑channel initiatives and measure results.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and events.
- Manage development and fulfillment of collateral and brand materials, ensuring timely updates.
- Ensure quality assurance for all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Partner with marketing technology teams to measure KPIs.
- Work with Design teams on content and campaign implementation.
- Collaborate with web developers to maintain websites with approved materials and content.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial industry.Proven experience with advertising campaigns and integrated marketing strategies.Technical & Functional Skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and Power BI.Strong analytical background with ability to interpret marketing performance metrics.Soft Skills
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Driven, passionate, and independent, yet effective as a team player.Other Requirements
Ability to converse in Chinese is advantageous for APAC market coverage.Benefits
