We are looking for a proactive and strategic New Product Development Manager to lead the research, development, and launch of new treatments and product innovations across Emax’s group of beauty salons and aesthetic clinics.
This role sits at the heart of brand differentiation and service evolution , bridging market trends , clinical credibility , and scalable training SOPs to ensure Emax continues to offer industry-leading treatments that customers love, trust, and return for.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Product & Treatment Development
Research and conceptualize new treatment protocols that combine machines, skincare products, and manual techniques .
Lead development of new in-house products (serums, gels, masks, topicals) in collaboration with suppliers or OEM / ODM partners.Co-create the clinical rationale and treatment claims in alignment with doctors and regulatory teams.2. Market Sourcing & Trend ScoutingIdentify and source new technologies, machines, tools, and active ingredients from both local and international markets.
Attend beauty and aesthetic expos to keep Emax at the forefront of trends.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Training Department to develop detailed SOPs, treatment protocols, and training manuals.
Coordinate with Marketing for treatment positioning, hero ingredient claims, and product storytelling.Liaise with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure readiness of product / machine inventory for launches.Collaborate with Doctors & Medical Advisors to ensure safety, efficacy, and legal compliance.4. Testing & Pilot ExecutionOrganize internal testing and pilot rollouts for new treatments / products.
Gather feedback from therapists, outlet managers, and customers to refine before full-scale rollout.5. Post-Launch MonitoringTrack treatment success through sales, NPS, feedback, and repeat rates.
Work with Training & Sales teams to optimize adoption across outlets.Requirements
4–7 years of experience in product development , R&D , or treatment development in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics.Deep understanding of skincare science , facial and aesthetic treatments , and machine-based technologies .Experience working with OEM / ODM , product sourcing, or regulatory processes is a strong plus.Excellent project management, SOP documentation, and cross-team communication skills.Passionate about beauty innovation and creating customer-centric experiences.Bonus Skills
Familiarity with training methodology or content development .Network with suppliers, manufacturers, or global beauty expos.Clinical, cosmetology, or dermatology background (preferred but not required).What Success Looks Like
